Problem summary
The Nuke Plug-ins knob gives an error when clicked from the Help menu.

Steps to reproduce
1) From Nuke, select Help > Nuke Plug-ins.
2) Observe the error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory.
Expected behavior
The website for the Nuke plug-ins should be loaded. - https://www.foundry.com/products/nuke/plug-ins
Actual behavior
On Windows, an Error message is displayed as: [Errno 2] No such file or directory. On CentOS 7, nothing happens at all.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
