ID 426402 - [C] Photoshop: Double clicking on panel in Flix does not consistently open it in PS

Problem summary
Double clicking on panel opens Photoshop but not the panel itself.

Steps to reproduce

1) Double click on a panel in the Flix Panel Browser

Expected behaviour
Panel to be opened in Photoshop

Actual behaviour
Photoshop opened but no panel was sent across. If Photoshop was open beforehand already, still no panel shows.

Workaround
Restarting the Flix Server seems to temporarily resolve the issue. Closing and opening the Client sometimes temporarily resolves the issue. Using the "Open in sketching app" button instead of double clicking sometimes also works.
