Problem summary
Locked Channels don't export with assembly.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a simple cube item.
2) Change the Rotation X, Y, and Z channels to 55.
3) Right-click the channels and select Lock/Unlock to lock the channels.
4) Now press the Ctrl+N keys to create a new scene.
5) Drag and drop this cube item into this new scene.
6) Notice that these channels aren't locked on the imported cube.

Expected behaviour
The cube's channels should remain locked.
Actual behaviour
The channels on the imported cube aren't locked.
Workaround
Unknown.
