Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and load any scene.
2) Press the F9 key to render and save the rendered image to your desktop.
3) Set up a network slave and set the settings shown below:

4) Press the F9 key again to perform a render on the slave machine this time. Save the rendered image to your desktop and compare the two results.

Expected behaviour
The slave machine should run refinement passes after the initial render.

Actual behaviour

The network slaves don't perform any refinement passes which results in an incorrect render.
