Steps to reproduce

1) Download and open the attached file. Open the "_Sorting_Issue.lxo" file in Modo.
2) Move the yellow item "Summer Water" between the yellow "Sunbed current" and the brown item "Autumn Tree" and then save the scene.

3) Close the scene file and then re-open the file, notice that the "Summer Water" item isn't in the location it was moved to.

Expected behaviour
When re-opening the scene the "Summer Water" item should be in the location it was moved to prior to the scene being saved.

Actual behaviour
The "Summer Water" item isn't in the saved position.

Workaround
Unknown.
