Problem summary
If a mesh is selected before unhiding the UV viewer tab, the mesh's UV map will not be displayed until the mesh is reselected.

Steps to reproduce
1) Hide the UV Viewer tab.
2) Add a PonyCreate node to the Node Graph via "Help -> I want a pony".
3) In the Scene Graph, right-click the "root" location and click "Expand All".
4) Select the pony location in the Scene Graph.
5) Unhide the UV Viewer Tab
Expected behaviour
The pony's UV map is visible in the UV Viewer tab.
Actual behaviour
The UV Viewer tab will display whatever was displayed before it was hidden instead of the pony's UV map.
