Switching between project causes the Modo Render settings to get greyed out

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Mari and an example project 

2) Open the modo palette and pin it 

3) Go to the projects tab and open a different project 

result: occasionally the modo palette settings are greyed out: 

4) If it does not happen try to switch projects again 

Expected behaviour
Settings should not be greyed out 

Actual behaviour
Settings should are greyed out 

Workaround
Restart Mari
