ID 408864 - 'Edit Definitions...' doesn't open the correct Preferences page.

'Edit Definitions...' doesn't open the correct Preferences page.

The 'Edit Definitions...' option should take you to Data>Item Tag Definitions but when it's selected it opens a blank Preferences window.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and select the blank Mesh item.

2) In its Properties select the Tags tab.

3) Select Add Tags>Edit Definitions...

4) Notice how this opens a blank Preferences page.

Expected behaviour
This selection should take you to the Data>Item Tag Definitions page of the Preferences.

Actual behaviour
This selection opens a blank Preferences page.
