Steps to reproduce

1) Download the attached .json file.

2) Make sure you have both AFX-MODO IO and ExtendScript Toolkit installed for After Effects.

3) Open After Effects and select File>Scripts>Afx MODO IO.jsx

4) Select the Open button and select the .json file.

5) Notice that the ExtendScript Toolkit is activated.

Expected behaviour
The Toolkit shouldn't be activated.

Actual behaviour
The ExtendScript Toolkit is activated.
