ID 413446 - [S] From Avid: Dissolves create an additional Ref panel in Flix

Problem summary

Adding a Dissolve in Avid then importing the Sequence to Flix will create a Ref panel representing the Dissolve

Steps to reproduce

1) Publish to Avid a new Flix Sequence containing two panels with IDs 1 and 2

2) In Avid, add a Dissolve between the two panels

3) Import the resulting Sequence back into Flix

4) The resulting Flix Sequence will have a Ref panel for the Dissolve (panel 1 - ref panel - panel 2)

Expected behaviour
No extra panels added in Flix, and the two panels to have the Dissolve.

Actual behaviour
An extra Ref panel is created to represent the Dissolve
