Problem summary
Coming back from editorial, if two panels are present which have the same panel ID, but different revision number, the Sequence will import correctly including those panels. However, saving after making any change to that Sequence Revision will not be possible.
Customer reported version
Flix 6.1.2
Customer reported platform
macOS 10.14
Steps to reproduce
1) Publish and import a Sequence to editorial.
2) In Flix, version up one of the panels in that Sequence and publish to editorial again.
3) In editorial, add the versioned up panel to the Sequence so to have two panels with the same ID, but different revision number (they will for example be called 4-2 and 4-3).
4) Publish this Sequence from editorial back to Flix. Sequence will import correctly, panels 4-2 and 4-3 will maintain those names.
5) Add dialogue to a panel, or version up a panel, and try to save. Flix will not allow for a new Sequence Revision to be created so you will not be able to save.

Expected behaviour
When importing from editorial, one of the two panels sharing the same ID should be given a different ID so to make it possible to work on that Revision
OR
It should be possible to work with a Sequence Revision containing two panels with the same ID, but a different revision number
Actual behaviour
Following an import from editorial, it's not possible to save a Sequence Revision containing two panels sharing the same ID but a different revision number.
Workaround
Delete one of the two panels, then duplicate the other panel again within Flix
