Follow

Problem summary
In the CameraImagePlaneCreate node, changing the "name" parameter from the default name "plane" causes the image plane to not be visible in the Legacy Viewer.

Customer reported version
Katana.3.2v1

Customer reported platform
Windows10

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a CameraCreate node and then create and connect a CameraImagePlaneCreate node below it.

2) Select the CameraImagePlaneCreate node, and then expand the Scene Graph (by double-clicking the root folder).

3) In the CameraImagePlaneCreate parameter tab, set the "cameraLocation" parameter to the camera in the Scene Graph.

4) Set the "imagePath" parameter to the directory of an image.

5) Open the Legacy Viewer to confirm that the image is displaying correctly.

6) Change the "name" parameter to something other than "plane" and then flush the caches by using the 'F5' shortcut.

Result) The image plane is no longer visible in the Legacy Viewer.

Expected behaviour
Changing the "name" parameter renames the image plane in the attribute's tab.

Actual behaviour
Changing the "name" parameter breaks the image plane in the Legacy Viewer.

Workaround
Leave the "name" parameter set to the default name "plane".
