Schematic view fusion nodes are not generated under cursor.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo.

2) Go to the Setup layout.

3) Inside of the Schematic Viewport press and hold the Ctrl + F keys and drag the mouse to Add Fusion Intersect Node and then release the Ctrl+ F keys.

Expected behaviour
The new node should appear underneath the cursor.

Actual behaviour
The node seems to be created in a set location.

Workaround
Unknown.
