ID 420354 - Node panels do not update correctly while the Properties bin is detached from the Main Nuke window

Follow

Problem summary
Node panels do not update correctly while the Properties bin is detached from the Main Nuke window. However, this mostly occurs when it is on a second monitor.

Customer reported version
nuke.12.0v3

Customer reported platform
windows8

Steps to reproduce

1) From Nuke, detach the Node Graph and Properties panel into it's own floating pane.
1a) Split the floating window horizontally, then place the Node Graph in the empty pane. Ensure the Node Graph and Properties are in the same floating Window, but on 2 separate panes.

2) Set the Properties bin to store only 3 panels (not entirely necessary but helps with the repro).

3) Create a Checkerboard, Grade, ColorCorrect, and Transform node.

4) Double-click each one, starting at the top of the pipeline with the Checkerboard node.

5) After opening the ColorCorrect node, go upstream to the Grade node and double-click it, observing the UI's behavior.

Expected behavior
The Properties bin should display the last selected node in a timely manner.

Actual behavior
Two things can occur: 1) the Properties bin will delay the refresh, slowing the display time of the selected node, or 2) the panel does not update to the selected node until a user-based action refreshes the panel - such as hovering the mouse over the bin or single-clicking another open node in the Properties bin. This mostly occurs with a secondary monitor, however, it has been reproduced in a single monitor display.

Workaround
Opening a node outside of the Properties panel continues to work without issue.
