ID 349698 - Snapping Crosshair and Transform arrows occasionally don't appear

Problem summary
Snapping crosshair highlight occasionally disappears this can also occur with the red, blue and green transform arrows when Quick Align is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create or import a mesh from the Presets browser.

2) Make sure the view is set to Perspective.

2) Enable Vertices mode and press the X key to enable snapping and snap some of the vertices together.

3) Occasionally the crosshairs will disappear.

Expected behaviour
The crosshair should remain visible.

Actual behaviour
The crosshair sometimes disappears.

Workaround
Unknown.
