Problem summary Textures duplicated by the Texture Replicator do not display correctly when the surface particle generator is aligned with the XZ plane.

Steps to reproduce 1) Open Modo. 2) Open the attached scene. 3) Press F8 to open the preview render. Result: The textures on the bottom plane will appear as white splotches, whereas the textures on the vertical plane will display correctly.
Expected behaviour Textures should display correctly regardless of particle orientation.
Actual behaviour Textures appear/render incorrectly if the particles are oriented along the XZ plane.
Workaround Unknown.

Earliest version tested 13.0v1 - Windows 10, Centos 7 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed for Windows and Linux builds.
