Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke

2) Create a ColorWheel and view it

3) Create a floating scope and make the preview bigger, it disappears, but the grid and bars don't

Expected behaviour
For the waveform to remain visible

Actual behaviour
It disappears

Workaround
Pre Nuke 12, if you open the 3D Viewer and move the camera, the waveform becomes visible.

As of Nuke 12, this no longer works
