Problem summary
Loop Slice stops at junctions where the loops cross each others pat
Customer reported version
modo.13.2v1
Customer reported platform
10.15
Steps to reproduce
1) Create a Plane and subdivide (Faceted) twice so you have a 4x4 grid.
2) In Edge mode, select the four edges around the central vertex.
3) Run Loop Slice (Alt-C). Press Ctrl-D to reset tool to defaults.
4) Notice how some of the loop slices stop where they cross other slices.
5) On the off-chance that the Loop Slice didn't mess up, go back and try selecting the four edges in a different order. But don't try this more than a couple of times because it should mess up in most cases.
Expected behaviour
Loop Slice slices each loop completely.
Actual behaviour
Some loops are not sliced completely, they are stopped where they cross others paths.
Workaround
Unknown.
