Quality of Monitor Out drops for B when zoom out in Viewer or when the Viewer is small

This does not occur when Viewing A or Active views with monitor out

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch NukeStudio and open attached project:  aja.hrox
2. Open Sequence and with Video Track 1 selected hit 1 
3. Select Video Track 2 and hit 2 - wipe in Viewer should show the two images 
4. Windows > Monitor Output - enable the monitor out card. - image appears in Monitor
5. On the monitor out panel change Active to B - only the forest appears in monitor
6. In Viewer, zoom out as far as you can. - As you zoom out the quality of the forest deteriorates

Expected behaviour
For the image quality to stay consistent when changing the size of the image seen in Nuke

Actual behaviour

The quality drops as the image is made smaller
