Problem summary
If UV Rotation is set, Horizontal and Vertical wrap do not show correctly in the viewport.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and create a simple cube.
2) Go to the Shader Tree and select Add Layer>Image Map>(load images) and apply a brick-like image to the cube.
3) Press the F8 key to open the Preview Render window.
4) Select the image in the Shader Tree and inside its Properties select the Texture Locator tab.
5) Set the UV Rotation to 90.
6) Set the Verticle Wrap to 5.
7) Notice that this isn't displayed correctly in the 3D Viewport.
