Steps to reproduce

1) In Nuke, set the format resolution to be anamorphic (2), either by a Reformat node or in the Project Settings.

2) Create a Roto node, and set the output and premultiply knobs for RGBA.

3) Select the Bezier from the toolbox and create one, with the feather knob set to 100.

4) Draw another Bezier and observe the feather knob.

Expected behavior
The feather knob should remain the same throughout the node when creating new Beziers.

Actual behavior
The feather of the Bezier will be halved for each time a Bezier is created in the Roto node, while in anamorphic format.

Workaround
Select each Bezier in the Roto node, and manually change the feather value.
