Problem summary
Clearing Playback Cache prevents some .movs from being played

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio
2) Import an attached *_hasBug file
3) Add it to the Timeline and playback the sequence, it plays correctly
4) Clear the Cache using Cache>RAM Cache>Clear Playback Cache
5) Playback the sequence, the clip no longer plays
Attached are some files which work and other which don't. Changing the export type from CBR to VBR sometimes makes a difference, but not always.
Expected behaviour
For the clip to be played back after the cache has been cleared
Actual behaviour
The Playback head doesn't move when pressing play, and the Viewer image doesn't change/sometimes shows black
