Flix sends an email that the publish is finished before all the publishing steps are done. There isn't much time between the email being sent and the publish actually being done on small sequences, but the longer the sequence the longer it takes between the email being sent and the job AAF files being available. For large sequences editors can see an email that the AAF is ready for them, they would go and look for it and it won't be there. This causes confusion.

Steps to reproduce
1. Use a Flix 6 setup with the asset and AAF output directories set to be on a network share.
2. Load up a large sequence (400+ panels)
3. Publish the sequence to Avid
Expected behaviour
Receive an email after the AAFs are copied over to the publish directory
Actual behaviour
Receive an email after the status bar reaches 100%, but before all the publishing steps are done and the AAF copied to the publish directory
Workaround
Wait a few minutes after an email is received before checking the publish directory
