Problem summary
The OCIO project settings change when Flipbooking finalizes.

Customer reported version
nuke.12.0v3

Customer reported platform
centos7

Steps to reproduce

1) Set an environment variable for OCIO, and direct it to a relative path where a config.ocio file is stored.
        example: set OCIO="path/to/config.ocio"

2) Launch Nuke, then view the Project Settings and ensure the color management is set for OCIO.

3) In the Node Graph, create a simple node structure to Flipbook. (Grade node + View it).

4) Press S on the keyboard in the Node Graph to view the Project settings page, then select the Color tab.

5) Select the Flipbook button on the Viewer.

6) Set any amount of frames and run it, then view the Color settings when it finishes.

Expected behavior
The OCIO colorspace should remain the same in the Project Settings panel.

Actual behavior
The OCIO Colorspace settings change after the Flipbook sequence finishes.

Workaround
After getting the bug, set the OCIO dropdown to Nuke then back to OCIO to reset the options. The Flipbook will no longer affect the colorspace settings.
