Problem summary
Render window doesn't store its state.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and press the F9 key.
2) Drag the bottom of the window to open the Network view.
3) Close and reopen the render window. Notice that the Network view is no longer open.
Expected behaviour
The Render window should retain it's state.
Actual behaviour
The Render window doesn't retain it's state.
Workaround
Unknown.
