Steps to reproduce

1) Install Nuke 12.0.

2) Locate the installation directory and view any .lib files available.

Expected behavior
The RIPFramework.lib should be available for building plug-ins.

Actual behavior
The RIPFramework.lib is missing from the installation directory.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
