Problem summary
Images viewed in Modo's Image Viewer appear grainy when compared to other image viewers.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open an image using an image viewer.
2) Open Modo.
3) Select Layout > Palettes > Images.
4) Select "Add Clip > Load Image."
5) Navigate to and open the same image from step 1.
6) Double-click the image in the image viewer.
7) Compare the image inside of Modo to the image opened in a standard image viewer.
Result: The Modo image is grainy in comparison.
Expected behaviour
Images viewed in Modo's image viewer should appear similar relative to external image viewers.
Actual behaviour
Images viewed in Modo's image viewer are grainier when compared to external image viewers.
