ID 426433 - Node Graph: UI elements disappear when expanding and zooming into many nested group bubbles

Problem summary
In the Node Graph tab, the UI (nodes, connections, groups, etc.) disappear when expanding and zooming into many nested groups.

Steps to reproduce
Optionally open the example project; expand and zoom into the group nodes.

1. Create a group node and expand it.
2. Inside the group node, create two group nodes with vertical space between both nodes.
3. Copy both group nodes.
4. Expand the top group node and zoom in.
5. Paste both nodes.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 until the nodes disappear. 

Expected behavior
Be able to keep zooming into group nodes.

Actual behavior
The nodes disappear when zooming into expanded group nodes.

Workaround
Try to move the group bubbles closer to the middle.
