ID 416381 - Codec Options knob in mov32 causes Nuke to hang on Mac

Problem summary
The mov32 Codec Options knob causes Nuke to hang when attempting to open the codec options window.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Nuke

2) Create a write node and change file type knob to 'mov'

3) Select any codec with mov32 encoder

4) Open the 'Advanced' panel

5) Click on 'Codec options' button

6)Nuke will hang until you force quit

Expected behaviour
Nuke opens a dialogue box with options to change the compression settings of your write node

Actual behaviour
The mov32 Codec Options knob causes Nuke to hang when attempting to open the codec options window.
