ID 427793 - [S] Export: dialogue does not strip HTML codes

Steps:

- Open the HTML file attached (this file has a few HTML codes such as   in it) in your browser

- Copy all text from the browser, and paste it into the Flix dialogue text box

- Publish to AAF, ensure you export dialogue at the same time

- Import AAF into Avid, and import the dialogue as a subcap effect

Expected result:

- The text in Flix dialogue will look the same in Avid

Actual result:

- The text in Avid will contain HTML codes such as " "
