Problem summary When using a large amount of AOVs, the AOV selection menu in the Monitor tab can not display all items.

Steps to reproduce 1) Open the attached Katana project file.
2) Start a Preview Render from the RenderSettings node
3) In the Monitor tab, click the AOV selection menu
Expected behaviour When viewing the AOV selection menu, if there is a large number of AOVs in the menu, you have the option to scroll to select the off-screen items.
Actual behaviour When viewing a large amount of AOVs in the AOV selection menu, the menu window will only display as many items that it can fit between the borders of your monitor screen.
Workaround Unknown.
