Problem summary When opening a katana project with multiple ImageRead nodes, some ImageRead thumbnails are not generated.

Steps to reproduce 1) Create an ImageRead node.
2) Set the file parameter to an image location.
3) Set the colorspace parameter to "linear".
4) Copy and paste the ImageRead node 5 times.
5) Save, close and then reopen the katana project.
Expected behaviour All ImageRead thumbnails have been generated
Actual behaviour Only 1-2 ImageRead thumbnails are generated.
Workaround Unknown

Earliest version tested Katana 3.0v9 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
