Problem summary
Changing a tag's icon a Track Item does not update on the clip.

This issue also appears to Linux-specific.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio.

2) Import a clip and add it to the Timeline.

3) Right click the clip > Tags > Tag shot selection

4) Select any tag and press Add.

5) Without the clip selected, click on the icon and, from the dialog that appears, select a different icon.

6) Click away from the popup and notice that the icon is not updated.

Expected behaviour
The icon should be updated when the user clicks away from the popup box.

Actual behaviour
The icon does not get updated.

Workaround
Select/deselect the Track Item as this will force it to refresh.
