Steps to reproduce

1) Locate the custom_guides.py file and copy it to the .nuke/Python/Startup directory.
   (found in C:\Program Files\Nuke12.1v2\pythonextensions\site-packages\hiero\examples\)

2) Edit the custom_guides.py file with a text editor to comment out the guide's line items as shown below:

3) Launch Nuke Studio/Hiero and open a new project.

4) In the Viewer, select the Overlay Guides dropdown to view the available safe guides list.

Expected behavior
The Overlay Guides menu should appear with options.

Actual behavior
The Overlay Guides menu does not display at all.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
