Opening a file containing a Comment Node from Modo 13.1 and 13.2 on previous versions results in Modo hanging with large memory usage.

This only seems to occur when opening these files in Modo 12.2v1, 12.2v2 and 13.0v1.

Steps to reproduce

1) Download the attached file.

2) Open Modo and select File>Open and select the 13.1 or 13.2 lxo file.
3) Modo hangs.

Expected behaviour
Modo should open the file.

Actual behaviour
Modo hangs with large memory usage.

Workaround
Unknown.

13.1v1 - Windows 10, OSX 10.13, Centos 7 -regression

Unable to reproduce bug in:
13.0v1 - Windows 10, OSX 10.13, Centos 7

Earliest version tested

13.0v1 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
