ID 418316 - [S] Database: Sequence Revision comments should never be NULL

Problem summary
Sequence Revision comments in the database should never be NULL, but an empty string if no comment is added.
If, due to corruption, a NULL comment is present, no Sequence Revisions will load in the Flix Client at all.

Expected behaviour
If, for whatever reason, a NULL value is present in the comment column in the database, it should automatically be replaced with an empty string instead.

Actual behaviour
If a NULL value is set for the comment of a Sequence Revision, no Sequences can be loaded in Flix at all.
