Problem summary
Rotating an item with anisotropic directional map results in a rotation of the anisotropic reflection.
This also seems to occur with displacement, bump and normal maps.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file in Modo.
2) Add an environment lighting item.
3) Go to the Render Layout.
4) Select the 'rot' item and rotate it within the 3D viewport, notice that the reflection is rotating with the object.

Expected behaviour
The reflection shouldn't rotate with the object.
Actual behaviour
The reflection is being rotated with the object.
Workaround
Unknown.
