Problem summary
An error occurs when exporting a .mov with the same name and viewing it on the timeline in Studio.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Studio, import a sequence/.mov and place it on the timeline.
2) Make any adjustments such as a soft effect, then export the footage as a .mov with any settings.
3) Import the footage and place it on the timeline.
4) Make adjustments to the soft effect, then export the same sequence again.
5) Scrub the timeline for any updates to the new footage. If nothing appears, press Rescan and observe any errors.
Expected behavior
The footage should be viewable without issue.
Actual behavior
The footage appears with an error "ReaderMessage Unknown" and doesn't display the correct image.
Workaround
Closing and relaunching Studio allows the image to appear without the error.
