ID 422794 - Import from Editorial shouldn't be 'successful' until all the panels have been processed

Flix Displays a green bar "Import Complete" before all the frames are imported

Steps to reproduce

1) Use a Flix setup with the assets directory set on a network share

2) Import an AAF with at least 400 panels

3) The green bar would pop up once a few panels are imported, but the rest will be still running or pending

Expected behaviour
Green bar saying "Import complete" should show after all the frames have been imported

Actual behaviour
Green bar saying "Import Complete" shows up after only a few panels have been imported
