A difference in transcoding occurs when rendering Alexa ProRes footage.

Steps to reproduce

1) In Nuke, Read in an Alexa ProRes .mov file.

2) Create a Write node and render the frames to Apple ProRes 422 or 4444.

3) Read in the rendered footage and set the Viewer for 10x gamma.

4) Compare the results of the original versus rendered footage.


Expected behavior
The Alexa ProRes footage should appear the same.


Actual behavior
There is a slight difference in color/sharpness when rendering a ProRes 4444 QuickTime from Alexa original footage; the transcoding is not correct.


Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
