Problem summary
In the 3D Viewport Properties > Inactive Meshes options pane the Wireframe Opacity field isn't greyed out when "Make Inactive Same as Active" is enabled.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and open the 3D Viewport Properties by pressing the O key.
2) Go down to the Inactive Meshes tab and enable "Make Inactive Same as Active"
3) Notice that Wireframe Opacity isn't greyed out.
Expected behaviour
Wireframe Opacity should be greyed out as the field no longer affects Inactive Meshes.
Actual behaviour
Wireframe Opacity isn't greyed out.
