ID 426892 - Modifying any Light parameters causes Shader text color to change from yellow to gray

Follow

Problem summary
Modifying any Light Shader parameters will cause the text color in the Shader column to change from yellow to gray.
The following render plug-ins are being affected:
  • Redshift
  • V-Ray
  • Hydra (???   to be double-checked)
Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a GafferThree node.
  2. Double-click on the GafferThree node to set the edit flag on it.
  3. In the Parameters tab, right-click into the table of objects and choose Add > Light [L] from the context menu.
  4. Under the table of objects, select the Material sub-tab.
  5. Click the Add Shader button and select a light shader (Redshift > light).
  6. In the Light Shader drop-down menu, select a light (RedshiftLightShader > Light).
  7. Expand the Light Shader's parameters and modify any parameter (RedshiftLightShader > Light > On).
Expected behaviour
The text color in the Shader column is not affected when modifying Light Shader parameters.

Actual behaviour
When modifying any Light Shader parameter, the text color in the Shader column changes from yellow to gray. The text color of all affected lights will revert back to yellow when a new light is added to the GafferThree.

Note. When a HydraLightShader is added, the text color is initially white. Double-clicking the Shader text in the GafferThree table of objects will change the color to yellow. It will then follow the same behaviour as described above.

Workaround:
Pressing [F5] to refresh should could bring the yellow color back.
