ID 431972 - [S] To Premiere: [episode_tracking_code] chip is ignored in the clip and sequence naming

The chip for [episode_tracking_code] is ignored for clip and sequence name when publishing to Premiere.

Steps to reproduce

1) In the Preferences, set the Editorial Clip name to include the [episode_tracking_code] chip.

2) Create an episodic Show, an Episode and a Sequence therein.

3) Create a new Sequence Revision and add a panel there.

4) Publish this to editorial

Expected behaviour
Clip name in Premiere should contain the Episode tracking code.

Actual behaviour

Clip name does not contain the Episode tracking code.
