ID 432792 - Import: Bulk imports inconsistently cause panels to come in Flix out of order

Bulk importing panels sometimes results in panels coming in to Flix out of order

Steps to reproduce

Note: This is an inconsistent bug and following these steps will not reproduce it 100 % of the time. Larger amounts of panels will cause this to reproduce a bit more frequently.

1) Import 50+ panels to Flix via drag & drop or via 'Import to Flix' button.

Expected behaviour
Imported panels follow the correct order in Flix.

Actual behaviour
Imported panels don't always follow the correct order in Flix
