Steps to reproduce

1) Watch the attached video and then download and open the attached scene file.
2) Go to the Setup layout and select the Select By Part (Alias) node.
3) Inside of its properties set the Part value to 5.

4) Deselect the node and reselect it, notice that the Part value has been reverted back to 0. 

Expected behaviour
Users should be able to define a part number.

Actual behaviour

Users are unable to define a part number.

Workaround
Unknown.
