Steps to reproduce

1) Go to the Setup tab.
2) In the Schematic Viewport and Create a new workspace called "W1".

3) Do this three more times and name them "W2", "W3" and "W4". 

4) Notice that the visual order is incorrect and if you go to the Groups tab the layout is inconsistent.

Expected behaviour
They should be created and displayed in the correct order.

Actual behaviour
The visual order in the Schematic Viewport is incorrect and inconsistent with the Groups tab. 

Workaround
Unknown.
