Problem summary
SmartVector fails when the bounding box is not the same as format.

Steps to reproduce

1) In Nuke, create a Noise node and a FrameRange node set to 1:100.

2) Create a Transform node and adjust x/y coordinates for animation.

3) Add a SmartVector node with a VectorDistort node after.

4) Create a Merge node and connect pipe B to the Transform node.

5) Add a Checkerboard with a FrameRange node set to 1:1.

6) Create a Transform node and attach it as the Source for the VectorDistort node.

7) View the Merge node and play the timeline, observing the position of the bounding box/SmartVector image.

Expected behavior
The output of the SmartVector should appear without image stretching from the bounding box of the VectorDistort Source.

Actual behavior
The SmartVector appears with image stretching from the bounding box of the VectorDistort Source.

Workaround
Adding a crop node to Format before the SmartVector seems to correct the issue, although this may not be ideal for the effect.
