Problem summary
After playing a sequence that contains audio, through a monitor output device, short 'blasts' of audio can be heard when jumping between edits/keyframes on the Timeline, or when mousing over the Viewer.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Hiero and open/create a project that contains multiple edits on the video tracks as well as an audio track.

2) Enable monitor out and play back part of the sequence that contains audio.

3) Stop the playback.

4) Jumping between edits on the Timeline (up and down arrow keys) will now produce a short blast of audio via the monitor out device.

You can also hear these short blasts of audio by mousing of over the Viewer.


NOTE: This issue can be appear quite sporadically, so you may need to repeat the above steps for the bug to occur.


Expected behaviour
No audio should play unless the sequence is being played back. 


Actual behaviour
Audio sometimes plays when jumping between edits or when mousing over the viewer.
