Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and go to System > Preferences.
2) In the Animation tab enable Cache Deformations. Notice that it's instantly disabled.​

Expected behaviour
The cache deformations checkbox should be enabled.

Actual behaviour
The cache deformations checkbox instantly becomes disabled.

Workaround
Unknown.
