Problem summary
The input/header_ctime metadata is missing when writing .dpx files in Nuke.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a Checkerboard node, and a Write node downstream.
2) Set the filepath and the filetype to .dpx.
3) Render the file and Read it in.
4) View the Metadata of the .dpx.
Expected behavior
The metadata should include the input/header_ctime creation time/date of the .dpx file in Nuke.
Actual behavior
The input/header_ctime creation time/date is missing from the header of the .dpx file.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
